Kyle Olson Joins the Growth Technologies' Team

We’ve got exciting news, Kyle Olson is officially joining Growth Technologies as one of our superstar account managers and fertility advisor. Kyle consults growers on fertilizer management decisions with his business, Creekside Agronomy. Kyle is also a user of Nitro-Mag products on his own farm and is looking forward to bringing agronomic insights, testing, and data to growers who use Growth Tech products. “I think everyone should be using Nitro-Mag in one way or another, there’s a lot of value in Stabilized Melted Urea and all the other nutrients within Nitro-Mag, Kyle says.”  His passion for agronomy and education is the perfect fit for Growth Tech and its premium liquid fertilizer.  Kyle says education is going to be his biggest push as he grows with the company. He believes the first step for growers is understanding the science behind Nitro-Mag. “Once growers understand the product and get it on the farm, it will sell itself.” Kyle also shares in Growth Technologies’ vision for the future, seeing great potential in expanding its offerings to meet the needs of both traditional and regenerative agriculture.  Kyle says, “I know we are going to have substantial growth and a lasting impact in the ag industry for years to come. It’s going to be a fun ride.”

Kyle attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and earned a degree in Agricultural Engineering, but his love for agronomy developed after he graduated and started his own seed dealership. Farming is in his blood; he grew up on a farm in Tekamah, Nebraska, and spent a lot of time with his dad in the field. He now lives in Albion, Nebraska, and farms with his father-in-law and wife Emily. He has the degree to back up his knowledge, but he says a lot of his growth came through experience and being in the field. One of Kyle’s goals is to help growers increase efficiency, profitability, and long-term success with Growth Tech products. He’s looking forward to building meaningful relationships with growers and dealers across the country.

Kyle and his wife are expecting a baby in January. A fun fact about the couple, they first got married on New Year’s Eve in 2020 in a basement during the COVID pandemic in front of a small group of close friends and family. Kyle says they were looking forward to a second wedding and honeymoon, and were hit with a snowstorm on the wedding day. Kyle laughed as he told the story and mentioned, “Wedding planning was wearing me out.”  

We are glad Kyle and Emily weathered the so-called “storms of life “and are joining the Growth Tech family. Welcome aboard, we are so glad to have you on board.
